Role Description:

Role Description:
 Design, integrate, and support advanced low-voltage security and communication systems. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure proper system architecture, technical implementation, and operational performance in complex security projects.
Key Responsibilities:
·       Design and configure low-voltage systems including CCTV, access control, intercom, PA, and network infrastructures
·       Support system integration and commissioning
·       Prepare technical documentation and system diagrams
·       Provide technical guidance to installation teams
·       Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during deployment
·       Participate in testing, acceptance, and system optimization
Requirements:
·       Degree or practical engineering experience in low-voltage / security systems
·       Hands-on experience with integrated security technologies
·       Knowledge of IP networks and system integration
·       Strong problem-solving skills
·       Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
·       Field readiness and flexibility

Role Description:
 Lead and manage multiple Homeland Security (HLS) and integrated security projects in parallel, from planning and design to installation and final delivery. Responsible for field operations, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, schedules, and quality standards while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
·       Manage end-to-end project execution in complex security environments
·       Oversee installation and integration of surveillance, access control, communication, and command & control systems
·       Lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors
·       Plan project processes, timelines, and resource allocation
·       Monitor project progress, risks, and quality performance
·       Serve as the main interface between client and company during project lifecycle
Requirements:
·       Proven experience as a Project Manager in HLS / security / defense-related projects
·       Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
·       Strong field management and team leadership skills
·       Technical understanding of integrated security systems
·       Ability to work in dynamic, high-pressure environments
·       Excellent communication and organizational skills
·       Willingness to travel as required
